Sacramental Outreach

While certainly, we need to go to church, more importantly, we need the Church to come to us. Christ has established His Church to meet the needs of people and leads them to a deeper relationship with the mysteries of faith. In fulfillment of this mission, our parish extends the sacraments to those who are unable to make it to the church to receive them.

Those who are homebound, hospitalized, living in nursing homes or assisted living can all receive Holy Communion from our dedicated homebound ministry crew. Additionally, the Anointing of the Sick and Sacrament of Reconciliation can also be received by those who are unable to make it to the church.
