Pastoral Care

“I see the Church as a field hospital after battle,” Pope Francis stated shortly after his election to the papacy. In these words, the Holy Father reminds all of us that the Church and Her members must always seek to care for people, especially those who are most wounded and marginalized in our society. Indeed, Christ has given us the Church in order to extend care to all people.

The kind of care that the Catholic Church offers to the world is pastoral, which is to say Her care shepherds people towards God. At our parish, we engage in a variety of liturgical, social, and spiritual work to lead people into a deeper relationship with the Lord.

In these pages, you will hopefully find ways in which both our parish can minister to your needs as well as opportunities in which you can join the Church in Her care for God’s people.
