While certainly we need to go to church, more importantly we need the Church to come to us. Christ has established His Church to meet the needs of people and lead them to a deeper relationship with the mysteries of faith. In fulfillment of this mission, our parish extends the sacraments to those who are unable to make it to the church to receive them.
Those who are homebound, hospitalized, living in nursing homes or assisted living can all receive Holy Communion from our dedicated homebound ministry crew. Additionally, the Anointing of the Sick and Sacrament of Reconciliation can also be received by those who are unable to make it to the church.
If you or somebody you know is in need of our sacramental outreach, please contact the parish office at (763) 684-0075.
“Jesus said, ‘Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.'” -Matthew 28:19
