Homebound/Nursing Home Ministry
Contact: Parish Office
Those who are homebound, hospitalized, living in nursing homes or assisted living can all receive Holy Communion from our dedicated homebound ministry crew. Additionally, the Anointing of the Sick and Sacrament of Reconciliation can also be received by those who are unable to make it to the church. If you or somebody you know is in need of our sacramental outreach, please contact the Parish Office at
