Cathedral of St. Paul
Basilica of St. Mary
The Sacrament of Confirmation completes and perfects the grace of our baptism. Far from being about completing our faith formation, Confirmation calls all Catholics to a deeper and greater study of their faith so they can put its grace into action in our world.
Once confirmed, Catholics receive the Gifts of the Holy Spirit and are entrusted by God to be missionaries who live the Catholic faith and continue to participate in the sacramental life of the Church.
All high school students in 9th grade and up can receive the Sacrament of Confirmation. Confirmation is held at either the Cathedral or the Basilica in the Spring. Click on the Handbook link below to learn more about our program. Please contact the Director of Faith Formation, Debbie Gladitsch, if you have questions.
