    <title>Scheduled Adoration Update</title>
    <link>https://stfxb.org/Resources/News/articleType/ArticleView/articleId/1206/Scheduled-Adoration-Update</link>
    <description>
Due to a diminishing number of adorers, an update has been made to the Adoration Chapel adorer schedule.

&amp;nbsp;

UPDATED Scheduled Adoration Hours:

Wednesday 10:00am - Thursday 4:00pm

&amp;nbsp;

This change will start the first week of May (May 6 &amp;amp; 7)

&amp;nbsp;

The chapel will still be open for Adoration in front of the tabernacle. Our hope is that this will be only a temporary situation, and that we will be able to bring back a more perpetual model soon. If you are interested in helping grow adoration, please let Fr. Barnes know.

    <title>Parish Membership Census</title>
    <link>https://stfxb.org/Resources/News/articleType/ArticleView/articleId/2119/Parish-Membership-Census</link>
    <description>Please stop by the registration table after Masses this weekend.

St. Francis Xavier Church has started the process of updating our family and individual member records.&amp;nbsp; This April, we will be collecting updated information for our active parishioners, as well as those families and individuals that attend our church but are not yet registered. This effort will help:

&amp;nbsp;

&amp;nbsp; 1.&amp;nbsp; Clean up our information: We want to make sure we have right names, corrected addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc. for our active and&amp;nbsp;registered members.

&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;mdash;Many young adults are still listed under their parents address that no longer live with parents or attend another Catholic church.

&amp;nbsp;

&amp;nbsp; 2.&amp;nbsp; Encourage those who are not registered but consider this their home to register.&amp;nbsp;

&amp;nbsp;

&amp;nbsp; 3.&amp;nbsp; Consecrate all St. Francis Xavier parishioners in June to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.&amp;nbsp; All registered parishioners will have their names placed in a heart locket and consecrated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus at the June 12th consecration celebration.
